A celebration on the occasion of International Museum Day
In conjunction with the International Day of Museums and Antiquities, and in celebration of the ancient Yemeni heritage and what our ancestors bequeathed to us of the fragrant history and the fact that museums and archaeological buildings are the identity and the story that distinguishes us, the General Authority for Antiquities and Museums Taiz, in partnership with Waeey organization for heritage and development, this morning 5/28/2023, organized an exhibition of historical and cultural events including different sessions that included the heritage and historical sense of the city of Talz, a review of historical images of Taiz city from the archive of Professor Fahd Al-Dhurafl, as well as a show of the artworks of the late Professor Hashem All and a group of creative artists in addition to the exhibition of traditional costumes and hand knitting. The event was attended by a large number of doctors,stuffs and many others who love heritage and history.
