Continue field visits to historical sites

Under the slogan “Heritage of Taiz is a Shared Responsibility,”Waeey Organization for Heritage and Development, in partnership with the General Authority for Antiquities in Taiz, continues its field visits to historical sites and buildings damaged by seasonal rain floods. This morning in 9/5/2023 , the organization’s leaders and the Authority’s team of engineers and archaeologists visited the historical sites of Samserah Al-Qattan and Al-Haboub, where they assessed the extent of the damage. They also visited the homes of Abdulaziz Aqlan, Ali Mohammed Basha (known as Dar Al-Midan), and Ibrahim Basha (known as Al-Dar Al-Jadeed).

The organization calls all concerned parties, institutions, and organizations to preserve what remains of the historical heritage and avoid further losses.
